Small Groups

The small groups provide the fellowship that we as Christians need to further our own individual growth, while giving the opportunity for sharing, studying, and praying together. If you are interested in becoming a member of a small group, please call the church office at 762-8872 and leave your name and phone number. Groups meet once a week with at least one group meeting on each evening Monday-Friday. You will find that you will be greatly blessed by becoming a part of this exciting fellowship.

Book Club

The book club meets nearly every month for a discussion of a book and dessert.The book usually changes from month to month, and are available from the book club for a reasonable price. Books are chosen from a wide variety of authors including C.S. Lewis and Philip Yancey. All are welcome, for more information and the date of the next meeting please contact Carol Castillo

Liturgical Dance

St. John's liturgical dancers have finally emerged from their years of parish hall practices to participate in select Sunday services. Also known as a movement team, the group participated in the processionals for the Flowering of the Cross and Pentecost services. The group hopes to augment worshippers' understanding through simple movements which interpret the meanings of various hymns or themes. They have chosen the verse "In Him we move, and breathe, and have our being" as their Mission Statement.

Women's Fellowship

The Women's Fellowship meets on the fourth Thursday evening of each month at 7:00 pm in the Parish Hall. They usually have a different featured speaker every month. For more information about individual meetings please visit the events section.

Youth Night

Every other Friday night, the youth of the church come together for an evening of fellowship and fun. I do not currently have much informationon this group, and would appreciate any imput you might have.
